Gear pumps type TF
Special design: TF-Pump with electrical cover-heating and temperature sensor
These lubrication- and feeding pumps are particularly suitable for pumping all media which guarantee a minimum lubricity but do not contain any solids.
The sense of rotation in TF pumps is normally clockwise as seen from the pump shaft. Upon request the pumps can be supplied with counter-clockwise rotation or with clockwise and counter-clockwise
rotation with alternating direction of delivery flow.
The nominal bores of suction and pressure ports are optimally dimensioned in order to limit the oil speeds to about 5 m/s max. at the standard rotational speed.

Gear pumps type SF
These lubrication- and feeding pumps are particularly suitable for pumping media which do not contain any solids, guarantee a minimum lubricity and are chemically compatible.

Features
The standard design of the gear pumps series SF is supplied with a "clockwiset" sense of rotation. It is possible to alter the direction of rotation -even subsequently-, simply by rotating the end cover plate by 180 degrees. The direction of delivery flow will change at the same time.
Upon request we supply the gear pumps with a built-in, adjustable pressure relief valve in the pump body.
With adequate flow-cross sections the valves are suitable as safety valves for short-time circulation of the entire throughput within the pump.
Gear pumps type GMB
Gerotor engine-block pumps are suitable for pumping liquid media which exhibit a little lubricity and do not contain any solid impurities. Non-lubricating liquids can only be pumped to a limited extent.

Features
The compact modular design, without any coupling or lantern, results in considerable savings with regard to conventional designs.
In the automotive industry the gerotor gearing system has gained general worldwide acceptance as lubricant pump. The pumps can be supplied with three-phase or AC electric motors.
In order to protect the electric motor from overloading, the pump is always fitted with an integrated bypass valve with an opening pressure of 1-15 bar. Non-lubricating fluids can only be fed conditionally.

Rotary-lobe pumps type SKK
The rotary-lobe pumps of the series SKK are particularly for gentle transport of products with a viscosity ranging from liquid to high-viscous and pasty.

Features
The series of the types SKK offers a wide range of different variations and constructions for the transport of nearly all pumpable media.
The pump consists of the gear component with synchronous drive of the two rotary pistons and the part of the pump containing the casing with suction and pressure joint and the two rotary pistons.
The sturdy bearing is located in the gear component, protected against the pumping liquid by different seals. On the other hand, special seals prevent any leaking of the transmission lubricant out of the gear component.
